Refund policy

At Yellow-Light Studios, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. At this time, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please note that Yellow-Light Studios is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they are in the care of the shipping carrier.

Factory Defects
If you believe you have received an item with a factory defect, we are happy to review your case. To be eligible for consideration:

  • Clear photo or video documentation of the defect must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims submitted without sufficient documentation or outside of this time frame will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Sizing issues are the responsibility of the customer and are not considered factory defects.
