Yellow-Light Studios offers products that may be produced, fulfilled, and shipped by third-party manufacturers and suppliers (“Third-Party Partners”). Yellow-Light Studios is not responsible for any branding discrepancies resulting from third-party fulfillment.
We are not responsible for delays, production errors, inventory shortages, or fulfillment issues caused by Third-Party Partners or shipping carriers, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving any issues.
3. Product Information and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, and pricing accurately. However, we do not guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the true color or appearance of the product. This includes the placement of digital prints on any given wearable garment.
All product details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, supply chain disruptions, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, Yellow-Light Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order at our discretion.
Only the payment methods displayed on the Site are accepted. Orders placed using unauthorized or unsupported payment methods will not be processed.
6. Returns and Refunds
